today's technology. It eliminates large PDF files with hard-to-track
changes or hard-to-read faxes with handwriting all over the page.
It's a secure, cost-effective method of viewing, annotating, and
printing job audits via the Internet, increasing efficiency in the
signoff process.
With the ability to view proofs for an entire job or just a one-page
proof, you can add comments to any audit by simply clicking on the
area. Each comment is saved with the user information, and immediately
added to a comment list, which is used to track the changes for
the entire job. Data dumps with built-in search functionality are
attached to each audit for easy, online lookups.
After the comments have been added, emails are automatically generated
to the receiving party, alerting them that further examination
and execution must take place. Every event, from first round proofs
to final approval, is tracked within the webProof system. A history
log with complete version control is maintained for each individual
project.
If you have more than one person working on an audit, each user
has his/her own administration page to bring in additional users
whenever needed.
